X-Decks, LLC d/b/a X-Decks (referred to herein as “X-Decks”, “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

European Privacy Rights

In most cases, we will respond to requests within one month; provided, however, if the request is complex, we may extend its response time in accordance with applicable law and regulation. As set out above, when the GDPR applies, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data but please note that if you do withdraw your consent, we may not be able to carry out our contractual obligations to you or further communicate with you.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
