FengYa (风雅) originates from classical poetry, where voice and order meet.
It reflects a cultivated elegance — measured, expressive, and shaped by tradition rather than excess.
Fengya emphasizes restraint and subtlety, and in Eastern aesthetics, green reflects this calm, understated elegance.
The front of the tuck features a Qing Dynasty cloisonné bronze censer, nearly 300 years old, its vivid enamel conveying the refined elegance and warmth of a scholar’s desk.
We reinterpret, the censer becomes a cloisonné figure holding a lotus. Its robes draw from lotus scrolls and gilt enamel, and the incense flame transforms into a lotus in the palm, symbolizing quiet, restrained daily pleasures.
Cold-foil accents highlight delicate gold lines, radiating classical sheen and calm elegance, quietly evoking centuries of incense rituals.
From the ink-and-brush elegance of the Eastern Jin to Song dynasties, to ritual crafts spanning the Neolithic to Qing, this deck brings together figures, landscapes, calligraphy, Buddhist images, and forms of jade, pottery, enamel, and bronze——offering a millennium-spanning panorama of Eastern art.
