Black Lions were designed for David Blaine by nonother than Mark Stutzman.
The card backs are black, with a white border, and carry countless Split Spade symbols. A unique feature of this series is the inaccurately printed King of Diamonds, which led David to refer to this edition as Seconds, or “second quality.” However, according to some, this printing glitch was omitted by Daniel Madison, who represents the King of Diamonds in the Blaine decks.
The second difference is the box, which is white, unlike the standard Black Lions.
